Liber Estates Blanc de Blancs 2023
Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaExpect a traditional Blanc de Blancs made from Similkameen chardonnay. It is super fresh, with the acidity a bit biting at first, but it slowly integrates with the green apple, lemon curd, and orchard fruit. The palate is fresh and lively, with fine bubbles and a clean mineral finish. It is not a sipping bubbly given its fierce acidity, but it would pair well with caviar, triple cream cheeses, or oysters.
