Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom four vineyards in the south Okanagan, this grigio is tipped with 1 sneaky percent of chardonnay, and was aged in stainless over 3 months. Crisp and bright, in the northern Italian / southern Austrian style, with driving stony minerality, crunchy green apple, tangerine peel, white grapefruit, ale, and a slight slick of lees to bed and centre.
