Joshua Cooper Dash Farms Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Victoria, AustraliaJoshua Cooper grew up in the vineyards with parents Alan and Nelly Cooper and their pioneering biodynamic Cobaw Ridge winery in Macedon Ranges. He made his first wine with that estate fruit in 2012, and has since been cultivating relationships with top environmentally sensitive growers in Central and Western Victoria for his tight portfolio. His was named Best New Winery by the 2024 Halliday Wine Companion Awards. This comes from Mount Alexander's Dash Farms. Wild blackberry, cassis, violets, lavender is wrapped with sticky tannins, and lightly kissed with oak spice which lingers on the graphite finish.
