Garagiste Le Stagiaire 2025

Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, AustraliaThis Mornington Peninsula pinot sources fruit from Balnarring, Tuerong, Merricks and Red Hill, and was whole bunch fermented with native yeast. After 25 days on skins this rested ten months in hogsheads (with a small amount of new wood). Perfumed raspberry, cranberry, and dark cherry flood the juicy palate, with a fine rasp of tannins and a swell of juicy acidity, finishing with a puff of warmth. A smart pinot to crack into now, ideally with sausages on the barbie.Tasted: 22 May 2026Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
