The nose is a captivating mix of citrus with stone fruit that spill onto the palate. Like most of today's releases, we are again dealing with a refreshing wine with a skinny structure and a mineral base that keeps it interesting throughout. Think squid, prawns, oysters, because it is hard to go wrong with the sea.
