Isla de Maipo, Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileFrom the La Cancha vineyard on their Isla de Maipo estate planted 2004, this low yielding fruit was native fermented in stainless with 60 days maceration before 5 months in French barrels, and then 16 months in foudre. Balsam, eucalypt, dark cassis, dark cocoa, and tobacco is wrapped with sinewy tannins, and threaded with green herbaceousness.
