Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileFrom purchased fruit in the Casablanca, 22km from the Pacific, this chardonnay is rooted in alluvial terraces of granite and volcanic stores. This was native fermented in stainless, with no MLF, and 3 months aging on lees. White asparagus, lemon, crisp green apple, and pear skin is rounded with gentle lees and seasoned with subtle stoniness.
