Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBottega Wine Studio is winemaker Daniel Bontorin’s small lot premium red program, now based in Cawston in the Similkameen Valley. The estate grown fruit comes from Solum Rosa Vineyard and shows clear Similkameen character: intense aromatics, savoury desert scrub, fresh red and black fruit, bright acidity, and a mineral thread running through the chalky tannins.
