Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom the southern Okanagan, this unoaked sauvignon blanc is crisp and fresh, with zesty white grapefruit, crunchy green apple, and small white blossoms on the lighter palate, finishing with dessert grass and a bright lemon peel twist. Simple, friendly, fresh white to crack into now, ideally with equally fresh and straightforward white fish / shellfish dishes.Tasted: 25 October 2026Tasted by: Prices:

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Bartier style is lean and clean, and the '25 sauvignon sticks to the blueprint. It is delicate, as you can get with sauvignon, shunning the grassy, high acid notes of so many others in favour of a subtle, light peach and Golden Delicious apple. The finish is mineral with notes of lime peel, setting it up for a variety of food pairings. Deep-fried appetizers would be fun. The Desert Wolf Vineyard is planted over sandy loam topsoil on mainly granite glacial till on the Black Sage bench.Tasted: 01 May 2026Tasted by: Prices:
