Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2023 riesling was tipped with 8% albariño, quite a curious move for such a precise grape. It was fermented in stainless for a short time before bottling. Asian pear, grapefruit, perfumed pear blossom, and kiwi are cut with a scissor sharpened acidity, and finish with a snappy sherbet twist.
