Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSome early sulphur blows off, revealing a mix of tropical fruit, including banana, sweet melon, and passionfruit. A glossy, smooth palate finishes off-dry. The wine is hand harvested, and the berries are slightly crushed, allowing a quick one hour cold soak. The must settles for 24 hours before racking, inoculating, and fermenting at a cool 16°C–18°C for 21 days.
