The colour is dense, and the nose is packed with savoury, aromatic, meaty black fruit and refined, powdery tannins. The palate is rich and layered, mixing red cherry, raspberry, violet, wild herbs, pepper, and savoury spice. The finish brings in the chalk and minerality that keep it fresh and balanced.
