Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe latest release of Gibson's Block under the Storm Haven label represents the best of what comes off the 107-acre Synchromesh home site in Okanagan Falls. The magic lies in the decomposed granite and sandy gravels, which produce what I would say is the best Mosel-style wine made outside the famous German wine region. Fragrant and awash in peaches, tangerine, lime rind, and honeysuckle, the sweet midpalate turns juicy amid heightened acidity throughout.
