It opens with a light copper hue, and the nose offers vibrant lemon zest, green apple, and orchard pear. The texture and finish reflect 20 months of ageing, with brioche and toasted almond undertones threading a light, chalky mineral note. It is fermented in a mix of neutral French oak and stainless steel. It is disgorged with zero dosage, leaving it completely natural.
