Mâconnais, Burgundy, FranceEn Prôle is an outstanding Chardonnay from 90 year old vines in southern Bourgogne. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled with minimal intervention, it offers rich flavours and great depth, perfectly balanced. Layers of ripe apple and cinnamon spice give it a more expressive feel than the restrained Notre Village. On the nose, it's led by leesy notes of marzipan, nougat, and savoury, nutty hints, making it stand out among the trio. It's fresher than Notre Village but more glycerous, making it the most complete wine.
