UruguayCorte means blend, and in this case 50% pinot noir is blended with 30% merlot, and 20% marselan, coming from Garzón's Atlantic influenced estate. This was fermented in stainless, where it remained 3 months on lees prior to bottling. Pouring a delicate orange hue, this charms with subtle blossoms, tangerine, lime peel, and bitter orange on the medium palate, with a buzzy granitic hum through the floral finish.
