Bachelder Mio Gamay Noir 31% Whole Cluster 2024
Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaAt 31% whole cluster and 12% alcohol, this was our least favourite. The colour is orange-red. The nose shows dried red fruit character in an almost orange peel spectrum. On the palate, it was light and tannic, with a savoury, stony, bitter, citrus peel aftertaste.
