Especially if you are a New World Burgundy fan, this lean, mineral, stony, light, lemony chardonnay is a lot of fun to drink. Often producers try too hard for a home run, but this wine quietly delivers for its station in the wine hierarchy, and who could ask for more? Anything that doesn't make it into the single vineyard crus ends up here, delivering a lightly buttery, warm nose with a savoury, nutty palate and a light, fresh, lemony finish.
