This comes from Stellenbosch grapes planted in 1975, and aged 8 months on lees before moving to bottle, and 20 months rest sur lattes, disgorged in winter 2024. Crisp and zippy, with vanilla biscuit, light toast, and shining lemon, with a great lingering shimmery finish.
