Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom a single vineyard on the Black Sage Bench, this impressive merlot shows a lovely balance of ripe dark plum and dark cherry, layered with graphite and a subtle gravelly character, all framed by toasty oak. There’s excellent complexity here, though it remains youthful. Full-bodied at 14.6% abv, the palate delivers plenty of ripe fruit, with enough freshness to keep it balanced and lively. Fine grained tannins provide structure and point to solid aging potential.
