Tejo, Central and Southern Portugal, PortugalThis Tejo blend of 60% touriga nacional and 40% aragonez was fermented and rested briefly in stainless. Pouring a peach hue, this dry rosé has tart pink grapefruit, tangerine pith, and bitter orange notes before a citrus tablet twist on the brief finish.
