Tuscany, ItalyTerrescure is run by a father / son, and this curious blend of sauvignon blanc and vermentino was named when they struck on the perfect blend. Sì lei = she is (perfect)! Fermented and rested briefly on lees in stainless, the sauvignon makes itself known, with crunchy tangerine, white grapefruit, and verbena, while the vermentino adds an alluring oily slick to the palate. Great freshness streams this through to a buzzy finish.
