Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceThis super fresh (2025!) CdR Blanc blends Grenache blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, and Bourboulenc from a mix of pebbled terraces, clay-limestone hillsides, and sandy gravels. It was fermented cool with no MLF, and aged in concrete on fine lees for 4 months. Fragrant white peach, pear blossoms, honeysuckle and jasmine fill a juicy, joyous palate, with ginger spicing trailing on the finish.
