Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Evolve's Sparkling House, Brut Libre blends 64% chardonnay with 25% pinot noir, 10% pinot blanc, and 1% riesling. This rested 5 years sur lattes before disgorge. Almond pastry, crunchy green apple, toasted brioche, and pear blossoms rides a well padded palate, still with sharped acidity to absorb before a bitter citrus pith finish.
