Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileDe Martino Winery was founded in 1934, and now has 4th generation brothers Marco and Sebastián at the helm, Refreshed with a new label, this organic sauvignon blanc is still estate grown and bottled, as ever. From deep gravelled soils, this was native fermented in stainless, with no MLF, and 3 months aging on fine lees. Lemon thistle, verbena is imbued with white asparagus and spring green veg, running over a base of lees-slicked river stones, and seasoned with white pepper.
