FranceOrange Gold is Bertrand's homage to the long history of orange wines. Under his modern vision, chardonnay, grenache blanc, viognier, marsanne, mauzac, muscat, and clairette was partially carbonically macerated in stainless before heading to barrel to complete maceration and have a short rest. Pouring a glowing golden hue, with tangerine, apricot blossoms, mirabelle plum threaded with white grapefruit pith, and scented with fresh tarragon.
