Fort Berens White Gold Chardonnay Reserve 2023
Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2023 White Gold Reserve Chardonnay is entirely from their Dry Creek estate vineyard in Lillooet. This was 50% whole cluster, with the remainder destemmed and left on skins for 4 hours prior to pressing. After a cool native ferment, this was aged in French barrels (16% new) for 7 months, with partial MLF. White florals, white peach, melon is seasoned with buttery brioche, and finishing with a warming flush.
