Evolve Light Sparkles 2025

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRight off the bottling line at Evolve Sparkling House on the Naramata Bench, a new release they call Evolve Light Sparkles. They are calling it a new way to sparkle with about one-third less alcohol. Light Sparkles contains 7% alcohol and opens with an enticing strawberry and red fruit aroma that is as fine as any I have encountered at this level of alcohol. The blend is a classy mix of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the Chardonnay fermented in concrete. The palate offers a refreshing lemon profile, while the bubbles suggest a persistent but light frizzante attack. It's the perfect lunchtime sparkler and ideal for starting a party, with lower alcohol and just 8 grams of residual sugar, without sacrificing flavour. The bottle cap closure completes a stylish package. Well worth a try.Tasted: 15 January 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
