The Select Sauvignon Blanc is a single vineyard offering from historic Bacchus Vineyard on Washington's Wahluke Slope, planted in 1972. The wine has a vibrant, fresh attack with ripe pineapple balanced by a mix of lemon and lime, all supported by a soft, creamy texture from being barrel fermented in French oak with regular stirring.
