Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is a RD (recently disgorged) version of the cuvée, a traditional method Okanagan Falls pinot blanc, barrel aged 1 year before moving to bottle, and with 35 months en tirage before a zero disgorge in spring 2025. Nutty and oxidative, with sharp crab apple, green apple, ale, white blossoms, and tangerine pith along a strict, taut palate, finishing with a pithy twist and a hint of mouse.
