The PV wines tend to have a fruity base, but aging and attention to detail add an enriching autolytic character, broadening the mid-palate with apples, almonds, and bread dough, leaving it well balanced and ready to drink. The winery suggests serving it solo as an aperitif or pairing it with fresh fish, salads, and pastas.
