Mt. Boucherie Reserve Petit Verdot 2022
Golden Mile Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Boucherie Reserve PV is grown on the Golden Mile Slopes in the South Okanagan by the Dhaliwal family. Typically dark in colour and often opaque, it lives up to its reputation. Usually the last to ripen among all red grapes, it is no shrinking violet in the glass. After 22 months in new and seasoned French oak, it opens with a rich nose of black fruit, grilled meat, and a soft, luxurious texture. 2022 is considered a fine vintage in the south, and this wine represents with a certain flair, keeping all the components in balance and delivering a rich, tactile experience at the same time. You could age this for 5 years with no problem, or consider serving it with a Tomahawk steak, Mt. Boucherie style.Tasted: 21 December 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:| BC | $44.99 | 750ml | winery direct, select private wine shops |
