Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBlind Trust is usually an undisclosed blend. Once you buy it, you can peel back the capsule to see the actual grape components stencilled on the bottle neck, which vary each year. In fact, the latest release in 2023 isn't a blend; after all the blending trials, the decision was made to release a 100% sauvignon blanc. The result is a pleasant example of this aromatic variety, with a fresh fruit nose reminiscent of passionfruit and pineapple.
