Saumur, Loire, FranceThis 9 hectare certified organic and biodynamic property has been in the Fillatreau family for a couple of generations. This cuvée comes from neighbouring vines and clay limestone / loam soils. It was fermented and rested entirely in stainless. Tight and nervy, with lime sherbet and white grapefruit pith atop a fine lees base, this finishes clean, with a citrus twist.
