The wine was fermented in neutral oak before moving to tank and 2 months on the lees. It ended up with 9 g/L RS. In 2024, when grapes were nonexistent in BC due to a deep freeze, winemaker Michel Mosny found some grüner in Yakima Valley, Washington, and had it sent to his Okanagan winery for processing.
