Wending refers to the slow route to home, with added meaning in Cantonese (Wēn 问, Dīng 鼎) as illustrated by their traditional stamp. This estate Ehrenfelser is tipped with 15% riesling, resulting in a slight 11% white with perfumed pear blossoms, gooseberry, juicy lime, and subtle spice.
