This, however, is a barrel selection of the top 7 barrels of the harvest, resting 15 months in a mix of semi-neutral and neutral French and European oak. Smokey red and black fruit is seasoned with toasty spice, clad in smoothed tannins that finish with a dusting of dark cocoa and a swirl of warmth (and a bump of RS).
