Therianthropy David Eagle Gamay 2023

Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaCertified organic as of 2023, this younger vine (13 years) dry farmed pinot noir is sourced from the clay soils of Quentin Jenkins vineyard in Four Mile Creek. It was 60% whole cluster, native fermented, and in concrete egg 7 months before heading to bottle without fining or filtration. Highly perfumed strawberry, raspberry, and mustard seed swirl on the palate, with finely sticky tannins, and a subtle concrete texture, lingering with cracked pink peppercorn and a sherry vinegar kiss on the finish. Vibrant, juicy acidity throughout, this packs a lot into 11.2%.Tasted: 05 November 2025Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
