Freshness, balance, and easy drinkability draw you into the wine. Perfect for a sheet pan meal of roasted fall and winter vegetables with Italian sausages. It underwent 14 days of fermentation in open-top fermenters, followed by 10 months of aging in neutral oak, and was bottled unfined and unfiltered at a modest 12.3%.
