Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCanyonview has been a standout vineyard for over a decade, and as the vines reach 22 in 2025, the vineyard is reaching its peak. Grown on a sandy granitic base, this Summerland Bench white is whole-cluster pressed and fermented wild in neutral oak puncheons, where it remains until bottling. The palate opens with green apples, accented with citrus, and a subtle undercurrent of butter and toasted lees. Delicate to the point of refinement, it concludes with a mineral-saline finish.
