Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is a soft, round, spicy blend of 58% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Malbec, 9% Cabernet Franc, 2% Syrah, and 2% Petit Verdot. It opens with a wild berry aroma and a savoury South Okanagan palate. There are plenty of youthful tannins now, but they should soften over the next few years in the bottle. All the elements of a quality red are present, but it is a bit raw at the moment.
