Vallée de la Marne, Champagne, FranceThis 7th generation Champagne grower is based in the Vallée de la Marne's Vert-Toulon where they sustainably farm (VDE & HVE) 6.6ha of vines. This comes entirely from the plot Les Cerisiers, this BdB was barrel fermented with 80% MLF, and into bottle the following July. After nearly 5 years, this was disgorged in March 2021 with 5g/L.
