Côte des Blancs, Champagne, FranceFrom Bergères-lès-Vertus, a 1er cru in the CdB, comes this Swedish family owned house, now 3 generations into winemaking. This BdB was fermented in stainless, with no MLF, and with 5 years sur lattes before disgorge, with zero dosage. Yellow apple, mealy pear, white peach, and mid lemon curd has a curl of oxidation that finishes curtly with red liquorice and praline.
