After a couple of softer vintages, the snap is back in this wine. The mix of lime zest, green apple, and white peach is sharpened by a clean, wet stone mineral edge that tightens the entire wine in the glass. Acidity, rather than sugar, drives the bus, with a shot of salinity on the finish. This one is tailored to aficionados, foodies, and aging, if you can stand not drinking it all.
