Piedmont, ItalyThis Gavi Cortese was cultivated on calcareous soils, with only the best bunches hand harvested during the second half of September, then slowly fermented in stainless steel. Expect a bright yellow colour with green highlights. The aroma is fragrant and floral, complemented by nutty/grassy notes. On the palate, it is dry and lean, offering slightly bitter lemon mineral undertones alongside tropical peach and pineapple. Fresh and well rounded, this wine pairs perfectly with sushi rolls, sautéed prawns, or calamari.
