William Fèvre Petit Chablis 2023
Chablis, Burgundy, FranceWilliam Fèvre has been a name to trust in Chablis since 1957. This Petit Chablis comes off the Portlandian soils at the flatter tops of the hilly landscape, primarily a mix of pebbles and hard limestones with a clays and silts. This was hand-harvested, and fermented in stainless over 8 months with MLF. Fresh lemon, crisp green apple glide across a river stone base, with a moderate slick of lees to blanket.
