Mendoza, ArgentinaThis blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Malbec come from vineyards across Mendoza. Each was native fermented in small concrete vats, followed by 1 year aging in French oak barrels. Blackberry and black currant is woven with raspberry and peppercorns in this structural, yet smooth red, scented with smoke, and clad with sticky tannins, welcoming grilled meats / mushrooms.
