They were selling their fruit to neighbouring wineries up until 2004, when they decided to start bottling their own label. Pouring an inky black / purple hue, this baco noir shows blueberry juice, baked plum, and baking spice, with a sharp, tart acidity and bump of RS that blunts the finish.
