Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMade from chardonnay sourced from the Hidden Terrace Vineyard in Oliver and the Estate vineyard on the Naramata Bench, this blanc de blanc spent 21 months on the lees and was finished with a 9 g/L dosage. It pours a medium straw hue and opens with aromas of pear skin, citrus peel, and gentle toast, layered with hints of nutmeg, mushroom, and aged cheese. The palate is creamy yet balanced, with a fine, persistent mousse and crisp acidity lending structure and lift despite the warmth of the vintage.
