Seven Stars Nebula Brut Rosé 2020
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMade from pinot noir grown at Stoneridge Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, this rosé sparkling shows a very pale onion-skin hue. Formerly called Equinox, it was renamed Nebula due to trademark reasons. Aged on the lees for 30 months and finished with a 6.7 g/L dosage, it reveals delicate florals, rhubarb, white strawberry, Anjou pear, and citrus, layered with notes of bread dough, toasted nuts, and minerality.
